Beijing, February 25th—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Winston Peters, New Zealand's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. The two sides stressed the need to jointly implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strengthen exchanges and dialogue, enhance political mutual trust, safeguard regional peace and stability, and promote development and prosperity.
Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the IDCPC, attended the meeting.
